The application is originally based on the Mung Advisor app developed by ICAR-Indian Institute of Pulses Research (IIPR). This is a bilingual App in English and Burmese and provides season-specific guidance of improved varieties, cultural practices, crop management, pests and diseases & their management, post-harvest technology, and marketing in Myanmar. Efforts are done by WorldVeg in collaboration with DAR to develop a Burmese version of the App with details including varieties relevant for Myanmar farmers and climatic conditions.
